Don't remember the exact reason, but clearly remember standing in 'shun in front of the Squady's office and getting blasted by him. We were 03 sixth termers. Out of no where a house fly appeared, flew around for a while and decided to perch on my face.
In 'shun that we were, couldn't do much about it. The Squadron Cdr, in all his fury asked..."Do you know why this fly is sitting on you?" and before any of us could bat an eyelid he roared again."because flies sit on SHIT'.
Was it the volume of his roar, or simply my bad luck, I would never come to know, but at that very moment the fly rose majestically, and as if with a purpose, flew straight and landed on the Squady's nose.
That was my last peaceful day in NDA. (I think the smile on my face aggravated the issue) .
Ps-Squady is abbreviation for squadron commander.He is like the commanding officer of a squadron in nda
